  • Spearhead the rebranding initiative for the company’s 15th anniversary, crafting a new logo that honors the past while propelling the brand forward, and establishing robust corporate guidelines to ensure consistent and impactful communication.

  • Lead and execute the rebranding project for 4 brands under the company: Yes4All (sporting goods), Bme (furniture), dCee (Pet furniture), Idzo (gardening & outdoor), specifically the redesign of the new logos, integrating the existing brands legacy, and developing a comprehensive set of brand guidelines.

  • Lead and inspire a creative team with 13 members, including 1 art manager, 1 studio leader, 2 graphic design leaders, 7 graphic designers, 1 video editor, 1 3D visualizer.

  • Develops and implements comprehensive budget strategies to optimize resource allocation for creative initiatives.

  • Use AI tools such as: Midjourney, Chat GPT, Gemini,... to evaluate the company's annual KPI
